Summary Reports

Directors Deals produce a number of standard reports which aggregate Director Dealing activity with a view to spotting market trends.

Our monthly summary reports are eight pages which give an overview of activity during a calendar month. The reports show data tables as well as charts showing historic data over a time series. The reports include Buy/Sell ratios of transactions to give a general measure of Director confidence across the whole market.

The eight page report shows:

• Most active companies
• Activity by market sector
• Current and historic Buy/Sell ratio
