Company Snapshot

The Company Snapshot is a one-page summary of a company which focuses on Director dealing activity. These are produced daily when a significant transaction has occurred.

The report provides additional detail on the Directors, their transactions and holdings, which together with fundamental, graphical and earnings-related content add context. The report shows clearly when deals occurred and plots the share performance against the sector and index of which the company is a constituent. Further detail of historic deals is also provided.

The Company Snapshot has the following key elements:

Company Fundamentals
Items pertinent to a study of Director trading activity such as Result and dividend dates. Other items such as Turnover, Profit before tax, Market Capitalisation, Shares in Issues, P/E, dividend yield are also included.
Transaction Data
Includes Buy and Sell transactions for up to five years including size, price and transaction type.
Director Data
A list of the current Board showing name, position, post-trade holding as well as well as Director Score
Share Price and Transaction Graph
Includes colour coded points as displayed above showing when company directors have bought and sold. Allows you to see at a a glance if the price rose after a buy, dipped after a sale etc. Close periods are displayed.

Company Snapshots are produced daily for all significant transactions reported that day and are generally sent to clients via email the same day as a single multi-page Adobe Acrobat document . Click on image for an example:
